Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. A payment card is required to start the 14-day trial. You're not charged during the trial, and billing starts on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
What's included in the trial?
300 AI credits, 10 AI phone minutes and 10 AI images, with access to the platform. Premium AI video isn't included in the trial.
What are AI credits?
Credits are used by AI actions — writing, images, photo videos, AI replies and some Search Visibility checks. The table on this page shows what each action costs. Publishing posts is free.
What happens when I use up my allowance?
The actions that need it pause until your allowance refreshes, or you can add a top-up: 500 AI credits for £9, 100 AI phone minutes for £12, 3 extra AI videos (this month) for £15. We never add overage charges automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits you buy as a top-up don't expire.
Is there a first-month bonus?
Yes — the first time you subscribe to a paid plan, we add 50 bonus credits on top of your plan's allowance.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves about 20%: Starter £276/year (£23/month), Growth £564/year (£47/month), Business £1,236/year (£103/month). Your AI credits and phone minutes still refresh every month.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. The change is prorated — you're charged or credited the difference for the rest of your current period.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Are ad spend and phone numbers included?
No. Ad spend is billed by each ad platform directly. Phone numbers bought in GlobifyAI have their own monthly cost, shown before you buy.
