What is an AI phone agent?

Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. You can forward your existing number to GlobifyAI, or buy a new number in the app. Some countries require identity or address documents before a number can be issued.
What happens when a caller needs a real person?
If you turn on call transfer, the agent transfers the caller to the number you choose. Otherwise it takes a message, which you can see in the call log.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, if you turn appointment booking on for that agent. It only books once the caller has agreed a specific date and time, and the booking appears in your GlobifyAI calendar.
Which languages does it speak?
The voice agent supports 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified). You set the language per agent.
How is phone usage charged?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI phone minutes (200 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,200 on Business). The 14-day trial includes 10 minutes. You can add 100 extra minutes for £12.
