You agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post, publish, or distribute illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• Misuse automation, AI systems, or APIs
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform
• Use the Platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or deception

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

By connecting social media accounts or phone numbers, you:

• Authorise GlobifyAI to act on your behalf for approved actions
• Confirm that you have the legal right to use those accounts or numbers
• Accept responsibility for all content published, messages sent, or calls made

• AI-generated outputs are created automatically
• Accuracy, results, or performance are not guaranteed
• You must review all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
• GlobifyIT Ltd is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Pricing and plans may change with notice

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• These Terms are violated
• The Platform is misused
• Required by law or third-party service providers

You may close your account at any time.

• All Platform software, systems, branding, and designs belong to GlobifyIT Ltd
• You retain ownership of your content
• No ownership rights are transferred to users except for service use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobifyIT Ltd is not liable for:

• Social media account suspension or bans
• AI or automation errors
• Phone call outcomes
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Failures of third-party services

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (UK).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
