By connecting social media accounts or phone numbers, you:
- Authorise GlobifyAI to act on your behalf for approved actions
- Confirm that you have the legal right to use those accounts or numbers
- Accept responsibility for all content published, messages sent, or calls made
5. AI & Automation Disclaimer
- AI-generated outputs are created automatically
- Accuracy, results, or performance are not guaranteed
- You must review all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
- GlobifyIT Ltd is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features may require a paid subscription
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Pricing and plans may change with notice
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- These Terms are violated
- The Platform is misused
- Required by law or third-party service providers
You may close your account at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Platform software, systems, branding, and designs belong to GlobifyIT Ltd
- You retain ownership of your content
- No ownership rights are transferred to users except for service use
9. Limitation of Liability

- AI or automation errors
- Phone call outcomes
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Failures of third-party services
